Course Overview:
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) imposes significant requirements on authorised firms regarding communications with clients. In addition to the requirement for communications to be fair, clear, and not misleading, there are detailed rules governing financial promotions.
This interactive online course, delivered over two mornings on the 24 and 25 September, provides a valuable opportunity to learn about the financial promotion and advertising regimes and regulations. We will cover FCA and Advertising Standards Agency requirements and will provide practical advice on how to remain compliant and avoid pitfalls.
We will also cover the requirements for all media types, from broadcast, print, to social media, providing practical examples to generate discussion.
