One of the key roles the FLA Motor Finance division carries out is representing member views to a range of stakeholders, including parliamentarians, policy-makers and regulators. A large part of this work is through regular engagement, as well as providing briefings and feedback on policy proposals, resulting in constructive dialogue on important member issues.
A further element of this role is influencing existing and proposed legislative and regulatory developments, by responding to consultations and providing comment on reports. We also help members respond to developments in our space by drafting guidance documents and information briefings to assist members in navigating today’s complex policy environment.
